Christmas Update: In preparation for the Christmas season, we'll be extending our return period to 60 days for all orders placed between the 22nd November and 31st December. 

At mon éclat we have a 30-day Happiness Guarantee, AKA ‘Return Policy’, which means customers have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a return. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a full refund of the item/s within 15 days from the date at which you placed the order. After 15 days up until 30 days from the date of order placement you may return items back to us in exchange for a voucher of the same value that can be used on site. We will cover up to €10 of the return costs in the form of a credit voucher to be used on our site. In this case proof of postage cost is required.

Note that for items paid in cash on delivery, a credit note of the same value will be issued on return of the item. We currently do not support cash refunds. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons and custom made items.

 Rings Special Returns

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to know your ring size so we've created a special returns policy for rings. We encourage you to purchase different sizes, try them on at home and return the ones which don't fit well for a full refund of the cost of the item/s. The return must be initiated within 15 days from the order date. 

For all returns, to be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • In the same condition in which you received it,
  • Unworn and unused with all tags
  • In its original packaging. 

To start the return process, contact us at support@moneclat.com quoting the order number. We will send you all relevant instructions as to how to proceed with your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
